Mickey Herrin and Mark Morano have represented our clients in civil trials and appeals in state and federal courts throughout eastern North Carolina. 

 

We have successfully handled cases involving a variety of legal issues, including professional and medical negligence, insurance law, automobile and truck negligence, products liability, unfair trade practices, contract disputes, personal injury and wrongful death.

Both of our lawyers are admitted to practice before the trial and appellate courts of the State of North Carolina and before the U.S. District Courts in North Carolina.

Mickey Herrin has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., and before the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mark Morano is also admitted to practice in Virginia and New York.

Mickey Herrin is a certified Superior Court mediator and has been selected for membership in the North Carolina Academy of Superior Court Mediators. He is also frequently called upon to serve as an arbitrator.
